Tender description

The London Borough of Hillingdon ('the Council') has commenced a review of the Local Plan and the Council is seeking to undertake an Integrated Impact Assessment ('IIA') for the Local Plan. The IIA will provide up-to-date technical evidence to inform policy development and ensure the Council meets the relevant statutory requirements in respect of the plan-making process. The IIA fulfils the requirement for a Sustainability Appraisal (SA), Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA), Equalities Impact Assessment (EQIA), Health Impact Assessment (HIA) and Community Safety Impact Assessment (CSIA).
