Internal alterations and energy upgrade works for Brothers of Charity Services Day Services, Hector Street, Kilrush

Tender description

Works to be carried out at Brothers of Charity Day Services, Kilrush, Co. Clare. Works include: Replacement of all existing roof lights, upgrade of insulation levels to ceilings and external walls, replacement of external doors, upgrade of heating system including replacement of boiler and installation of TRVs on each radiator, changing of all existing light fixtures and fittings, internal alterations, construction of new partitions and installation of new fire safety door sets, alterations to emergency lighting and fire alarm systems, new flooring throughout, installation of new kitchen and fitted furniture throughout, redecoration throughout. The Day Services is to remain open through out the works with the exception of public holidays and the period needed (1 week) to carry out upgrades to the heating and hot water system.
