Tender description
There were two options for the fender repairs – a steel option, and a timber option. Each option had a separate Bill of Quantities, and contractors could price one or both options. Shetland Islands Council choose the option that provided the most cost-effective repair. Lot 1: The type of contract awarded is a Works contract. The procedure followed was an Open procedure.
