Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Solution - ITT Stage

Tender description

Hull City Council (The Authority) is seeking tenders from interested organisations to procure a deployable, cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Solution. The tender is a restricted to members of the CCS Back Office Software (RM6194) Framework that submitted an Expression of Interest. The tender is a restricted procedure that will be a two stage process should a Negotiation stage be required. There are two distinct elements: Software Provision and Implementation Services. The Software contract is anticipated to initially be for 7 years with an option to extend further for an additional 3 years - estimated value of £700,000 per annum. The Implementation Services contract is anticipated to be for 1.5 years with no option to extend further - estimated value of £3,000,000. The estimated values are given in good faith to assist tenderers in making their submissions, it should not be interpreted as an undertaking to purchase any goods or services to any particular value by the Authority and does not form part of the Contract.
