Budget quotations for demolition and clearance

Tender description

Erewash Borough Council is seeking budget quotations from suitable contractors for the demolition and clearance of the site known and referred to as Galaxy Row, Long Eaton. Contractors should note that the council will not be formally procuring these services but will pass on the quotations to its preferred development partner who may then engage with the supplier to firm up the quotations and proceed to contract, as deemed appropriate. Please note, the Council does not guarantee that the development partner will proceed with any of the quotations received and no work is guaranteed for any contractor.
