Bridgend County Borough Council (BCBC) announces a Contract Award for the B898 - Construction of Industrial Units, Village Farm Industrial Estate, Pyle, Bridgend, following a Further Competition permitted under the SEWSCAPS 3 Framework Agreement - Lot 6 refers.Briefly the project involves the following:• light industrial building housing 8 ‘starter’ units together with all modest small power and lighting.• Storm and foul diversions and connections to sundry locations and soft landscaping.• Adjustment of existing site levels to the required development platforms for buildings and car parking, including the formation of strategically located SUDs and retaining features.• New incoming mains connection together with all BWIC,• the construction of a new vehicle and pedestrian site access point, footpaths, cycle parking and bin stores etc.• Reduced levels, parking and surface water requirements for a second building (building itself is excluded) to facilitate the future construction of a second building.
