Tender description

Andium Homes requires a competent, independent, and experienced person to complete a Fire Risk Assessment Programme for all apartment blocks, including 72 High Rise (11-meter 4/5 - floor/storey Residential Buildings). Further to this, Andium Homes requires the Contractor to adopt the responsibilities of the ‘Building Safety Manager’ and conduct more regular general inspection to all 72 High Rises on a monthly basis with different ‘themes’ to inspect. The Contractor is also required to carry out fire door inspections. This requires the Contractor to check/inspect and report on all communal Fire Doors on a quarterly basis and all flat front Fire Doors on an annual basis.
