Contract Description: The aim of this procurement is to put in place a contract which covers delivery of building work for the following categories: • adaptation extensions, associated external work and landscaping. • adaptation alterations, associated external work and landscaping. Award Criteria: Based on 60% Price, 20% Quality (Including PASS/FAIL Elements) 20% Social Value Tender return date: Before 12 noon on: 22nd March 2024 Submissions including upload of all documentation must be COMPLETED BEFORE 12.00 NOON.
