The provision of an external air quality technical support to assist EPA staff in the National Ambient Air Quality Unit (Air Unit)

Tender description

The EPA invites tenders for the provision of an external air quality technical support to assist EPA staff in the National Ambient Air Quality Unit (Air Unit), to ensure the operation and maintenance of the National ambient air quality monitoring network, ambient air quality modelling and ensuring compliance with the EU air quality Directives and obligations under Implementing Provisions on Reporting (IPR). Other ambient air quality tasks will also be expected including, but not limited to, IT work in accordance with the CAFE Directive, IPR and modelling and forecasting requirements. This is a quoted time specific contract for suitably qualified assistance. This document provides details of the required services, for the provision of a support for a minimum of twelve months with potential for the contract to increase to two years beginning 14 - 30 days after the award of this tender contract. The rates should reflect the duration of the contract for this service broken down to a daily rate. The contract is based on 110 working days.
