Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council (the Council) is responsible for the management upkeep and repair of the properties it owns. The Council had a requirement to identify and appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to provide a 2-year term service to undertake Supply and Fix Glazing.
