Tender for Appointment of NISEP Managing Agent 25/27

Tender description

Phoenix Energy Group Ltd (PEGL) , currently appointed as a Primary Bidder under the Northen Ireland Sustainable Energy Programme (NISEP), wishes to appoint a Managing Agent capable of delivering the works required under the NISEP 25/ 27 scheme which includes the installation and/ or enhancement of heating, insulation and other energy saving initiatives to those dwelling types/ households that qualify for such works under the scheme. The appointed Managing Agent will be required to liaise with PEGL staff and the nominated householder, promoting and administering the process throughout. The works required include all installation including the subsequent supervision and administration. Interested Applicants must first satisfy a pre-qualification procedure which involves the completion and submission of the associated Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) on, or before, the specified time and date. If successful, Applicants may then be invited to proceed to the Invitation to Tender (ITT) Stage. The date for submission of the completed PQQ is Tuesday 15th October 2024. It would be envisaged that the ITT will be issued to those short-listed candidates on Friday 18th October with an anticipated return date of Friday 1st November 2024.
