The works comprise the re-roofing of the existing flat roof membranes as well as all associated minor joinery works and renewal of rainwater goods as necessary. The contractor is to ensure no section of the roof is stripped and left exposed. Stripped sections must be covered up again that day. Lot 1: The works comprise the re-roofing of the existing flat roof membranes as well as all associated minor joinery works and renewal of rainwater goods as necessary. The Client will be responsible for the reinstatement of any items of plant, and steel walkways & staircases after the date of completion.
