River Clyde Homes (RCH) is seeking to appoint an experienced and competent consultant, to undertake the audit inspection of annual service and maintenance checks completed by River Clyde Homes’ (RCH) Gas Servicing and Maintenance Contractor. Lot 1: RRiver Clyde Homes (RCH) is seeking to appoint an experienced and competent consultant, to undertake the audit inspection of annual service and maintenance checks completed by River Clyde Homes’ (RCH) Gas Servicing and Maintenance Contractor. It is envisaged that circa 35 Audits will require to be undertaken each month. The Audits themselves will be carried out under the following circumstances: - - Recently completed or in progress repair visits; - Recently completed or in progress servicing visits; - Recently completed or in progress installation works, capital (Gas in Fill) or ad hoc including SE-DUCTS (Private & Tenants) A detailed scope of works document is provided at Appendix E; and a list of the boiler/heater types installed in the properties is provided at Appendix F.
