Tender description

A cloud-based scheduling software solution that enables employee scheduling such as work rosters, request leave/days in lieu days, report absence, time tracking for circa 200 employees within contact centre and remote station locations/onboard train crew. Ability to initially set up as a standalone application with end state API connector to integrate to Microsoft Dynamics365 F&SCM solution to provide Single sign-on and automation of workflows and reporting for managing holiday and absence requests/overtime payments. Communication and collaboration using Microsoft TEAMS/SharePoint.
