Tender description

The Contract is for the refurbishment of two existing play parks and development of one new play park as part of the Council’s Play Park Development Programme. The objective for each park will be aimed at improving park quality, user play value and accessibility for all ages and abilities. Two sites have been prioritised as part of the Play Park Framework 2022 which have not yet been completed. These are located at: a) Bardic Play Park, Bardic Drive North, Larne b) Oakfield Play Park, Oakfield Drive, Carrickfergus Thirdly, a new play area has been identified as apriority as part of the Play Investment Framework 2023. This will be located at: a) Fisherwick Play Park, Fisherwick Crescent, Ballymena The contract period will be approximately 4 months.
