Tender description
Planned (elective) inpatient and day case surgery, and associated outpatient and diagnostic services for NHS patients across the ICB Area. Specialties to be provided but limited to are: • General Surgery • Urology • Spinal Surgery Service • Trauma & Orthopaedics • Ophthalmology • Pain Management • Gastroenterology • Gynecology • Physiotherapy • Diagnostic Imaging Lot 1: NEL ICB have awarded a contract for planned (elective) inpatient and day case surgery, and associated outpatient and diagnostic services for NHS patients across their area, for 1 year from 1st April 2024. This contract was previously awarded under the Increasing Capacity Framework however under the PSR, we are obliged to award this under Contract Award Process B as it is a Patient Choice contract.
