Tender description

Works shall involve the alterations within the theatre wing to create prep rooms, a new dirty utility and additional storage. Electrical works will comprise the installation of new data, lighting and power where applicable. Mechanical works will comprise the installation of dedicated ventilation and cooling systems, with new AHU’s. Works shall be phased to maintain the operation of one theatre at a time. All works will be completed within the 'live' theatre conditions of an Acute hospital. In order to apply for this project you must be registered on the CPD Dynamic Shortlisting system – BUILDING. Refer to Contract Notice for categories.
