The Brecon Beacons National Park Authority (The Authority), as part of the of the Brecon Beacons Local Nature Partnership (LNP), is seeking to deliver an ambitious project aimed at providing a multi-purpose building at The National Trust's Ty Mawr Farm location in Libanus, Powys. This will allow the members and partners of the LNP to deliver a wide range of educational and community activities.This is part of a wider nature recovery and community engagement project at the site funded through the Welsh Government’s Local Places for Nature programme.This project is led by BBNPA who will be the Commissioning Partner for the work with responsibility for contracts and payments. The National Trust are the Contracting Partner and will be the main point of contract for the successful Contractor and will also be responsible for ensuring the work is carried out in accordance with the Contract specificationPlease note that award of this tender will be contingent on Planning Permission being granted for the educational facility.
