The Department of Education (DE) vision is that “Every child and young person is happy, learning and succeeding”. DE is embarking on a transformative and innovative new programme of work. The RAISE programme is a whole community and place-based approach in 15 areas across Northern Ireland to support the Department of Education’s vision that “every child is happy, learning and succeeding”. The RAISE programme is about raising achievement and addressing educational disadvantage. DE requires the services of communications/graphic design in relation to the branding, profiling, communication and promotion of the programme to a range of audiences including children, families, schools, community, political representatives, other government departments/agencies, and the public.
