GB-Leeds: RB738 Content Creation and PR Framework

Tender description

Leeds Beckett University is looking for a framework of suppliers who can provide Content Creation and PR. Including but not limited to: •insight gathering and analysis •development, planning, delivery and evaluation •content development and production •PR / media relations •other related disciplines We estimate that we will spend between £5,000-£50,000 per annum across all lots, however the University does not guarantee this or any level of spend. This is a framework and no retainer contract will be entered into. Support will be commissioned as required using call-off procedures. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
