Demolition and Site Clearance of Former CO-OP Retail Store, Buildings at 104-124 (inclusive) New Chester Road, Public Convenience in Woodhead Street and 43 Grove Street, New Ferry, Wirral\r To provide solid hoardings together with access gates to perimeter of the sites. Erect suitable scaffold and crash deck to protect the public from debris during demolition. Carry out the complete demolition and site clearance of disused former Co-Op Retail Unit and buildings at 104 - 124 inclusive New Chester Road, Demolition of Public Convenience in Woodhead Street and Dwelling at 43 Grove Street, New Ferry. Including existing swimming pool at 43 Grove Street and all plant room equipment external concrete ramps and loading bay. Backfilling to all voids and basement areas, levelling up site and provide topsoil and seeding of site. Supply and fix low level timber fencing to enclose the cleared site. Please note the demolition works are spread over a number of isolated/separate locations.\r
