On behalf of the Society of the Saint Vincent de Paul you are invited to tender for the construction of 8no. 1 bed semi-detached units at Deerpark House, Friars Walk, Cork City. Works include: • Site works involving site levelling, underground service diversions, road construction, retaining walls and provision of new services. • Construction of 8no. 1 bedroom timber frame semi-detached residential units for the elderly. • All mechanical and electrical installation. • Provision of storage, kitchens and bathrooms, with architectural finishes. • Finishing and landscaping of the site. • Associated ancillary works Interested tenderers are advised to undertake a site inspection. This is a gated area and site inspections are available via request through the etenders system.
