This is a Prior Information Notice where the tender documentation is not yet available. However, interest in this opportunity (Expressions of interest) can still be registered (see below on details of how to complete). Direct Supply and distribution of Ambient, Chilled, Frozen Foods and Fresh Fruit, Vegetables and Salad products. The duration of the framework agreement is expected to be for 2 years (24 months), with the option to extend for up to a further 2 years (24 months). The total estimated value stated includes the option period. To express an interest: (a) Go to https://www.eastmidstenders.org/; (b) Register (if not already registered on ProContract); (c) Search for tender opportunity '83_25' (via "View Opportunities" from the 'EastMidsTenders' Portal); d) Express an interest ; e) Once you have expressed an interest RFI documentation can be accessed via the Messages section of the eProcurement Portal (ProContract - please access the Activity dashboard for this). Lot 1: Lot 1 - Supply of Ambient, Chilled and Fresh Foods Supply and delivery of ambient, chilled and fresh foods. Lot 2: Lot 2 - Supply of Frozen Foods Supply and delivery of frozen foods. Lot 3: Lot 3 - Supply of Ambient, Chilled, Fresh and Frozen Foods Supply and delivery of Ambient, Chilled, Fresh and Frozen Foods. Lot 4: Lot 4 - Supply of Fresh Fruit, Vegetables and Salads Supply and delivery of Fresh Fruit, Vegetables and Salads along with additional fresh produce as required by the customer.
