Tender description

EY will prepare a response to the letter received by Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (the Trust) from CMS answering their questions through outlining the relevant legal provisions and guidance to explain the nature and limitations of COS heading 52 recovery. Before preparing the response, EY will have a meeting or call with the Trust to discuss in detail the nature of agreements between the Trust as first claimant and Northumbria Facilities Management Limited (NHFM) who are a fully owned subsidiary of the Trust as second claimant. In addition, EY will have detailed discussions in relation to the preparation of the voluntary disclosure to understand the principles applied in reaching the quantification
