The Teen Health Service (THS); incorporates the HCP early intervention and preventive public health programme that lies at the heart of the universal service for children and families. The service ensures delivery of the HCP across Leicestershire for children, young people, and their families (aged 11–19 years) and up to the age of 25 years for young people with Special Educational Needs and / or Disabilities (SEND).
