Tender description
Royal Holloway and Bedford New College, known as Royal Holloway, University of London (‘Royal Holloway’ or ‘the College’) wishes to establish a Contract for the provision of an ultra-high vacuum tool for the specialist fabrication of superconducting Josephson junctions and quantum circuits. This procurement is for both the initial purchase of the instrument, additional purchases directly linked to the initial instrument, and warranty and support over its lifetime. This will be subject to the availability of funding, future developments in the technology, and pricing in line with market value. Please see Appendix A for further information. The initial instrument purchase is subject to grant funding from Innovate UK and the College has a maximum budget of £481k excluding VAT. The College reserves the right to extend the associated warranty and support in agreement with the successful supplier but your tender response should only include your standard warranty and support.
