Tender description
Cardiff and Vale University Health Board (CVUHB) stands as one of the largest NHS entities in the United Kingdom, catering to the daily health needs of approximately 472,400 residents in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan. Cardiff and Vale are looking to award a contract for Phase 3 of the refit program after the successful completion of Phase 1 & 2. Lot 1: The Refit initiative operates based on the concept of identifying substantial energy-saving initiatives, followed by soliciting bids from potential Service Providers within the Refit framework. Funding for these initiatives is secured through the Salix funding mechanism. Functioning as a spend to save program, Refit ensures that the energy conservation measures implemented yield guaranteed annual energy savings from the Service Provider
