Tender description

HFA invites tenders for four elements of the credit process: 1.To review corporate credit assessments for lending to AHBs and support the HFA’s Credit Assessment team with bringing credit assessment internally. 2. To review and audit a percentage of approved AHB loan applications assessed by the HFA’s Credit Assessment Team on a monthly basis. 3. To review and assess individual loan applications from HEIs for the development of student accommodation. 4. Ongoing support and advice.
