Tender description

North View Housing Association Ltd is a Registered Social Landlord, established in 1993 and operating in Castlemilk, Glasgow. It owns 695 rented flats/houses and provides factoring services to 81 owners (including two shared ownership properties). The Association is seeking suitably experienced and qualified firms to submit a quality/price tender to provide Finance Services. This notice is one of two separate notices issued - this one for price assessment and another for quality assessment. Candidates must respond to both notices, noting that the quality and price submissions have different deadline dates. Tender evaluation will be as follows Price will be scored based on the Tender Sum stated on the Form of Tender, by deducting 1% from 100 for every percentage point each tender is in excess of the lowest tender, prior to weighting; Quality will be scored out of 100 for your TQQ submission, which may be adjusted following interviews. If it is considered that interviews need to take place, these will be carried out on Monday 18th September 2023; Quality/Price Assessment will be evaluated on an 80% quality/20% price weighted basis to determine the Candidate’s total score.
