NHS West Yorkshire ICB - CCPKHCP - Cataracts Referral Management Service Lot 1: NHS West Yorkshire ICB are looking to commission a Cataract Referral Management provider for Calderdale Cares Partnership and Kirklees Health and Care Partnerships potentially expanding to other West Yorkshire places during the lifetime of the service. The provider will review referrals prior to offering choice of surgical provider. The review will assure commissioners that NICE guidance has been followed, and that patients with cataracts have had a shared decision-making conversation and that the cataracts are having an impact on their quality of life which cannot be compensated for.
