MCC Integrated Design Team Framework and IDT for 4 no. Projects in Ballinrobe, Mayo

Tender description

Lot 1: Establishment of a Multi Supplier Framework Agreements for Architect Led Full Integrated Design Team (IDT) Services for the Provision of Social and Affordable Residential Developments (including associated buildings such as Housing Renovations, Extensions and Refurbishment works) and for Civic and Commercial Projects by, or on behalf of, Mayo County Council. Lot 1 has both a Pass/Fail and a Quality Marked Assessment. Mayo County Council intend to include a maximum of 10 no. Architect led Integrated Design Teams on the IDT Framework. IDTs may submit for Lot 1 only. Lot. 2 is to procure an Architect led Integrated Design Team for 4no. Housing Projects in Ballinrobe as outlined in the tender documents. To be eligible for Lot 2, IDTs must concurrently submit for Lot 1. The Quality Assessment and Marks will be carried over from Lot 1 as outlined in the tender documents.
