Tender description
Wiltshire Council is inviting tenders from tenderers to provide it with the services of Counsel at barristers’ chambers (“Chambers”) for the provision of specialist legal advice and/or representation in a local government context on behalf of Wiltshire Council and possibly Gloucestershire County Council (“the Services”) under a Framework Agreement. The following requirements are applicable to Wiltshire Council and Gloucestershire County Council where they choose to access one or more lots under the framework: Being selected as a party to the Framework Agreement does not guarantee the award of any individual contracts under the Agreement or any other business with either Council.
