Tender description

Trivallis are seeking to appoint an experienced contractor to undertake a programme of legionella testing, related requirements and wellbeing initiatives to Trivallis’ owned properties, located within the Rhondda, Cynon, Taf area. The works/services that are to be completed are the cleaning of cold water tanks, calorifiers / water heaters and the chlorination and monitoring and monthly temperature testing of hot and cold water installations as scheduled to comply with HTM 2027, 2040, HSC Approved Code of Practice and Guidance L8 (Jan 2001), BS 6700, Local Water Board Regulations and Manufacturers instructions. The services are also to include the service of UV disinfection systems and booster pumps. The agreement will also include unvented cylinder servicing, maintenance and repair as indicated as part of the requirement. This tender exercise is intended to assist Trivallis in selecting a single, suitable partner to deliver the required works and services.
