Tender description

The Education Procurement Service (EPS) on behalf of the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine (DAFM) invites tenders (“Tenders”) from economic operators (“Tenderers”) for appointment to a Multi-Supplier Framework Agreement (the “Framework Agreement”) for the supply of Elisa Kits. In summary, the goods comprise of Elisa Kits to DAFM. The framework agreement will be divided into three (3) lots (each a “Lot”) as described below. Each Lot will result in a separate framework agreement (each a “Framework Agreement”). Lot 1 Elisa Kits-Diseases General Lot 2 Elisa Kits- Diseases Critical Monitoring and High Containment Lot 3 Elisa Kits- Bacteriology/Parasitology
