Tender description
GBC is required to have a business plan financial model with financial data for 30years for the HRA. This is an important planning document and is crucial for financial planning and budgeting. It is a very detailed and complex model and has been supplied by HFS Ltd for the last 12 years .In addition to this they supply a rent model with all rents and formulas from 2003 and a RTB model that is forms part of the annual audit process.
