Tender description

The Employer requires to have the following works provided: construction of the La Charriere du Bourg Foul Sewer Extension Project as described in the Works Information. The works includes design (where required), supply, delivery (including any necessary Jersey import taxes/duties), construction and testing, as necessary, but not limited to the following: • Construction of a total of approximately 575m of FW sewer and associated works including connections to existing FW drains on La Charriere du Bourg, La Rue du Boulivot & La Rue Jutize, connecting to an existing sewer manhole by the junction of La Charrier du Bourg and La Grande Bourg. • Construction of a new connection into 14 number property boundaries along the route of the foul sewer extension. • Manholes, rodding points and other associated minor works. • Design and installation/construction of all necessary temporary works and any changes to the permanent works required by the Contractor’s methods of construction.
