Epping Forest District Council is seeking to commission six reports for key rural areas in the district. These reports will assess current economic performance, challenges and opportunities for economic growth. These reports will also make recommendations for detailed actions or initiatives that the local district council and partners can feasibly deliver in these areas to improve these places for residents and businesses alike. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
