Establishment of a Single Party Framework Agreement for the Provision of Facilities Management Services for the Medical Council of Ireland

The Medical Council proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a framework agreement for the provision of Facilities Management Services at the Medical Council's HQ building, located on Kingram House, Kingram Place, Dublin 2. The building comprises approximately 16,071 sq. ft./ 1493 m2 of office and meeting space over 4 floors. The building has undergone a refurbishment with a particular focus on mechanical and electrical upgrades. The term of the initial contract will be for an initial period of two (2) years with the option to extend for two (2) further periods of up to two (2) years, to a maximum of six (6) years, subject to satisfactory performance, business needs and budgetary constraints.
