Tender description

Difficulties recruiting to the Governance Lawyer role resulted in the requirement for a locum. The current locum has been in place for a period of 3 months and has got to grips with the workload in that time. we have been able to secure a second locum via Magnit who can do 3 days per week but we need to keep the current 2 day per week arrangement in place. It is a very difficult role to recruit to in that it is niche and the candidate pool is very limited.
