Tender description
YES is the appointed managing agent for the Welwyn Hatfield Warmer Homes scheme. YES will process all referrals and help them apply for ECO or ECOFlex grant to improve energy efficiency works. The Council has allocated a total sum of £20,000 for top ups to be used when customers cannot cover all the cost of the works and qualify for this extra funding from the Council. This sum will be paid to YES as contribution top up and YES will pay the contractor doing the work. It is estimated that the top up will not exceed £1,000 per application.
