The total contract value is £1,663,176.00. The initial contract period of 5 years is £966,140.00. Should the option of an additional 36 months extension be utilised as per clause 2.2 of the SS17bc Commercial Conditions of Contracts for Supplies Contracts, the approximate spend is £697,036.00. The contract also allows for an additional 18 month extension as per clause 2.3 of the SS17bc Commercial Conditions of Contracts for Supplies Contracts. None of the figures above represent a guarantee of uptake or minimum demand.
