Tender description

LCC are the approved National Driver Offender Retraining Scheme (NDORs) course provider for Leicestershire Police (LP) and provide driver re-education courses on behalf of the Road Safety Partnership (LLRRSP).\r \r Leicestershire County Council (LCC) take client bookings and payments on behalf of NDORs; LCC then pay all associated running costs from this income stream including payment to suitably qualified trainers who are Licensed by UKROEd to deliver the National offender retraining scheme.
