TR1710 - Supplier to provide Front-End Network and Element management application, Provision and Maintenance Services including migration from existing application

Tender description

The Contracting Entity intends to procure a contract for the Front-End Network and Element management application, Provision and Maintenance Services including migration from existing application to replace the current Castlerock SNMP manager and upgrade to an improved version with multiple protocol capabilities including the SNMP V3 and APIs that will have increased functionality and reporting. It is proposed that the contract will be for supply, installation, migration from existing platform, and support of the new management application on ESB hosted on-prem datacentre infrastructure. General Objectives - Enhance Monitoring Capabilities: Implement a robust front-end interface that provides real-time insights and enhanced usability for NOC operators. - Improve Network Management: Integrate a comprehensive network management solution that supports efficient and reliable management of the telecommunications network and devices. - Ensure High Availability: The solution should be implemented in a hot standby configuration across two independent data centres to provide continuous service without interruption. - Integration: The new system must integrate seamlessly with existing infrastructure and applications to enhance rather than disrupt current operations Deliverables for the contract: - Front-End Interface: A user-friendly, scalable, and secure interface for real-time network monitoring and management. - Network Management Software: Advanced software tools for managing, reporting, configuring, and troubleshooting the telecommunications network and its components. - Integration and Migration Services: Services to ensure the new solutions integrate smoothly with existing systems and migrate from the current Castlerock manager to the new manager. - Installation and Configuration: Complete setup of the solutions in both data centres and an instance in the non-production environment including testing and final deployment. - Training Programs: Comprehensive training sessions for NOC staff on using the new front-end element and network management tools. - Documentation: Detailed user manuals and system documentation, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting guides
