Tenders are invited by the Council for a Contractor to provide an HM Treasury Green Book compliant Full Business Case for the Galaxy Row Redevelopment project. The successful contractor will produce the business case to satisfy Erewash Borough Council's Local Assurance Framework, to assess whether the project is value for money and deliverable. The report can start once procurement negotiations with potential Development Partners is complete and is to be complete in order to authorise the Developer contract.
