Tender description

- To provide a route to buying Apprenticeship training and assessment that complies with Public Contract Regulations (2015). - To provide a route that aligns with the Department for Education (DFE) funding requirements. - To ensure only those providers who meet the standards expected by Manchester City Council building on the minimum standards set by the Apprenticeship Provider and Assessment Register (APAR) deliver apprenticeships. - To create a system that allows the authority easy and speedy access to Apprenticeship training and assessment providers. - To create a system that allows additional Apprenticeship training and assessment providers to join at any time as the authority’s requirements change. Lot 1: Further details are set out in the procurement documents. Additional information: The Council is using the e-business portal known as the Chest. Applicants will need to register their details at the following link www.the-chest.org.uk. Applicants will need to electronically submit their completed tender documents, including the online questionnaire, via the online portal by 11 am on 2nd April 2024 as referred to in IV.2.2.
