Tender description

Derry City and Strabane District Council requires a suitable company or companies to provide fitting, removal, relocation and storage/recycling of event dressing, branding and branding systems (hoarding, vinyl banners, mesh, signage, event and exhibition branding) within the Derry City and Strabane District Council area. The successful company may be required to provide costs and recommendation for events and sites across the Derry City and Strabane District Council area. Specifications and requirements may change and the successful company will be required to reflect these changes in any updated estimates and all final costings. Outline of services required: • Coverage: Ability to cover sites within in the Derry City and Strabane District Council area. • Rapid Response – relates to the maintenance and repair of dressing/event branding within the Derry City and Strabane District Council area. A Rapid Response is defined as 4 to 12hrs (or an agreed timeframe) from reporting in which all maintenance or reported faults are actioned or repaired. Please note if the successful supplier is unable to carry out maintenance and repair requirements within the 4 to 12hrs (or an agreed timeframe), it may be deemed that they have failed to meet the specification and their services may be eliminated or suspended. Please Note Maintenance, repairs and updates may include services required after the duration of this tender. • Compliance with all relevant codes of practice, the safe production installation and maintenance, removal, relocation and storage of branding and branding systems (hording, vinyl banners, mesh, signage, event and exhibition branding) within in the Derry City and Strabane District Council area. • Compliance with all relevant codes of practice, the safe production installation and maintenance, removal, relocation and storage of branding and branding systems on a range rural and urban sites including (but not limited to) waterways, along or above a road or footway. • Provision of recommendations, full audits and professionally rendered dressing / event branding schemes. • Provision of recommendations and advice regarding products and services pertaining to Event Branding, City/Regional and Event Dressing. • Ability to provide largescale-branding production. All costs quoted, are for the duration of the contract, minimum period of 12mths – maximum 24mths. Please refer to the CfT documents for further details.
