Tender description

The works comprise the construction of a new lift shaft and ancillary accommodation as an extension to an existing two storey elderly care facility on the South Tyrone Hospital site. The scheme shall include supply and installation of a new fire evacuation bed lift within the completed lift shaft together with the associated life-critical services. Fire compartmentation works within the existing first floor ward accommodation shall also be included within the scope of the works. In order to apply for this project you must be registered on the CPD Dynamic Shortlisting system – BUILDING. Refer to Contract Notice for categories.
