Tender description

The proposed construction works contract is for a residential development of 28 social housing units on a Brownfield Site on Hopewell Avenue in the Shankill area of Belfast. The housing mix consists of 22 semi-detached homes, 2 detached homes and 4 apartments. The site also includes landscaping, amenity space and other ancillary works. The complexity of this development includes working within an established residential area with housing situated close to the development area, contamination on the ground to include land capping, extensive draining works as well as all engineering services and detailed phasing requirements.
