Passive Fire Protection Improvement Works LGT

Tender description

Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust required the Provision of Passive Fire Protection Improvement Works at University Hospital Lewisham comprising the design, supply, installation and commissioning of improvements to the fire compartmentation lines including replacement/ repair of the fire doors and fire and smoke dampers within Green Zone, ground and first floors at University Hospital Lewisham. Works will also include risk assessment works to address fire compliance within the following Zones. 1. Yellow Zone (Adult ED, Cardiology ECG, CDU, Pharmacy and Stores, Radiology, Suite 2, Suite 3 Fracture Clinic, Suite 5 Chest Clinic, Suite 9), 2. Pink Zone (BOC Birth Centre, COO Childrens Centre), 3. HOO Block (1st Floor Boile House), 4. POO Block (Childrens Accident & Emergency). A competitive procurement was conducted under the NHSShared Business Services (SBS) Framework Hard Facilities Management (FM) 2, Lot 6.1 Fire Doors, (SBS10166). The term of the contract is one (1) year.
