Tender description

A supplier has been appointed to deliver the final R&D phase of the Master Customer Record to Scottish Enterprise on behalf of the Business Support Partnership. The contract commenced in September 2024 for a period of 9 months. Since 2021 work has been undertaken to develop a proof-of-concept data product which could be used by policy and delivery teams across the partnership. The product would allow organisations a single view of the data held on businesses from across organisations whilst also surfacing publicly available data such as Companies House. The scope of this contract is to build upon the product and enhance both the technical functionality, user interface and security processes around it.
